I have wrote php based MVC framework, phpBricks, has inbuilt ORM, RBAC… (for full feature wait until it publicly launch at phpbricks.org) I am good with JavaScript and developed AJAX enabled RIA drag and drop framework. Some of open source projects (like Joomla, Drupal, JIRA, Liferay, Magento, WordPress) are very familiar to me and done customization, extension development for them (actually for client 
). I personally prefer freemium model that’s because it has mutual benefit developers & users.
My interest ranges SOA, Cloud Computing, Social Network, Communication and collaboration Tools, Agile Software Development, Offshore Software Development. Also beers, BBQ, fire-camp, swimming are within interest area. I use Dell Studio 1537, Ruby Red (H), it’s cool machine.
