Social Networking is all about community and its people. Looking back late 1970s, online community started with BBS (Bulletin Board System). Since then many innovations appeared. In early 2000s, blog has been introduced which allows to connect writers of particular interest or group. From corporate to individuals use blog these days.

Now, in buzz world, it’s more about content sharing like del.icio.us, youtube and social networking like myspace and facebook is becoming more popular. It’s time and people, where people search new way. Now, social network sites grown up pretty matured and appear to be in different module. Facebook, hi5, frendster are general category site where as xing.com, linkedin.com, yelp.com, couchsurfing.com designed to server specific object and within particular group.
Monetizing is problem in social networking. Having record breaking visitors and large number of number activities, SNSs are still not being able to make clear business model beside premium membership and banner advertising. Google is still keeping trial on how to deliver ad in youtube. FB (facebook) has to thrown Beacon (must criticized), which they expect that help to review growth.
